I was given a room that faced a construction site, which wasn't the greatest. But the room had all the usual Best Western amenities including a coffee maker and a kettle for making tea. The one thing I missed was a box of facial tissues (aka Kleenex to North Americans), The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable, using real plates and cutlery (aka silverware to the Americans). The attendants were really friendly and helpful when I had trouble getting hot water for my tea. The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and uses a big bus, so there was no problem if you have lots of luggage. I would happily use this hotel again when passing through Schipol.
