Additionally, but minor issues: there were no towels and no remote control, so we had to go to the lobby and ask for both of them each time

Stained filthy sofa in room,a/c didn’t work,were given a fan.The manager named Ravi,promised us on check out that he would email us immediately for offering a huge discount on our next stay,haven’t received the email till now been 5days.👎

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible, especially considering it was during a long weekend when we expected to relax and enjoy some family time. The swimming pool was out of service, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. There was no advance notice or apology from management. Even worse, the staff harassed our child when parents weren’t around — completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. We were shocked and deeply upset by how they treated kids. The kitchen staff were rude and controlling, especially toward guests with special conditions, commenting on and even limiting how much food they thought people should eat or take. This behavior is completely out of line for a hospitality setting. To make matters worse, there was no manager or person in charge on-site to handle complaints or concerns. We were left with no support, no accountability, and no resolution. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had — unwelcoming, disorganized, and lacking basic respect for guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families or guests with special needs.
