Please note that there’s a service charge applicable for providing empty wine glasses to the room and the heated pool is very small.

We came here after abandoning our reservation at Scandic due to nonexistent cooling in our room. Cooling works well here and they supplied an extra fan. Pool is a plus for the kids. Ice machines were a welcome surprise. Glad we came here.

Nice place, nice location, except the service at the hotel's restaurant - Midtown Grill! that's not how you welcome guests. Not comparable to the Midtown grill in Amsterdam! They can be nice but in our case no one cared how's the food - we just payed.

The only great thing about this hotel is the location. It’s just like 3 mins away from Potsdamer Platz station for the S-bahn. And walking distance to major tourist sites such as the Bradenburg Tor, Memorial of Murdered Jews, Reichstag building and the Tiergarten. However, the service in the hotel was not as impeccable compared to other Marriott hotels I’ve been to. There was only 1 bottle of complimentary water in the room and it wasn’t topped up despite staying there for more than 1 night and with 3 of us in a room. If you are looking for a room with amenities (eg. Toothbrush), this one does not come with any. So do come prepared. There isn’t any stores nearby and the nearest one will be at Mall of Berlin which is about 10 mins walk. The breakfast was pretty decent, typical German breakfast with sausage, scrambled eggs and plenty of bread. I can’t complain about it.
