There were bed bugs in my room and i had to sleep in my car. Everything else was great but not being able to sleep in a bed ruined my stay

The room and the portions of the building that I actually saw were clean and in good repair. The bed was comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were helpful features. One complaint I have is that it wasn't made clear that a $50 refundable deposit would be required. Also, "breakfast" was continental, another fact that wasn't made clear in the room description. It included cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and bananas, but no hot food. Also, I would have expected in-room coffee and an ice bucket, but those weren't offered either. At the end of the day, I did get a good night's sleep and the facility is of a decent quality, so I guess I don't have much to complain about.

They are renovating which was a bit disruptive at times but it will look nice once it is complete. Staff was friendly and helpful. Exercise room was good. Jacuzzi wasn't working which was a bummer. I stayed for 2-1/2 weeks and the breakfast menu never changed. Good but could use more variety. Overall a good hotel.

First time in Michigan and this hotel is very clean and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We went to a Michigan game and the shuttle to the game was basically right outside the hotel. Awesome experience all around.

The hotel is u der remodel so I won't hold that against them. But the hot tub was closed and that was why I picked this location. They should make a note before you book that they are remodeling and the hot tub is out of service. I would have paid $20 more to go to another hotel that has a working hot tub.

The hotel was under construction but the staff was friendly. They didn’t have water to purchase and the vending machine only took cash which was inconvenient but the room was clean and cozy.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, but that's no excuse for some of the problems we had. Our bathroom door wouldn't fully close - the door was too big to fit the opening! Totally unacceptable. Also the shower curtain rod was installed unevenly so the curtain wouldn't stay closed. Not enough towel racks by the sink - only room for one tiny towel. Breakfast was good though, and beds were comfy. Hope they can fix these problems during the renovation but we won't be back to find out!

The smell was awful. They are under construction that I had no clue of or I would not have booked. The smell is from the construction. Hallway and lobby super hot. I feel for the staff that has to sit in it. The beds are hard and old. Who sleeps on springs anymore? Not a bad place just not what I paid for.

They were remodeling as of 8/1/25, the lobby was being retextured. Our room hadafewpieces ofbluepainteratape holding trim up but was otherwise new and comfortable. The exercise room smelled musty, so i didn't use it, hopefully that will be remodeled as well. Overall, clean and comfortable.

We just needed to spend the night after a long day of travel. Comfy bed and CLEAN. Just what was required. The AC was a little loud, but it was tolerable. Overall, nothing fancy, but great property to rest your head.

This place was perfect for a one night stay over in Ann Arbor while visiting. The air in the room was a little balmy when entering and wish there was a timer on the ac window unit but it wae manageable. Room was clean enough. Made use of the swivel table to eat carryout dinner off of. Had a bedside wireless phone charger which came in handy as forgot cable. Even had time to take a dip in the pool in the morning before getting ready to check out. Plus enjoyed the bagel with name brand cream cheese and some oj before hitting the road. There is some maintenance going on but take that as a future plus. Would stay again.
