    No one at the front desk during our entire stay. The number to text was extremely unhelpful and they wouldn't respond forever. Keyless entry didn't work at all. No hot water in the room. Bathroom looked liked it had been flooded. All the cabinets were severely water damaged. Everything in the breakfast lounge either isn't work or was empty. Annoying music blasting from the wedding venue downstairs. The only thing going for it was the bed was actually comfortable.
