This hotel is not clean, at all. I booked a stay for here and arrived to check in late as I had been traveling all day. When I was checking in and asking about possibly extending my stay, the front desk lady was rude and kept cutting me off. She also mentioned that there are no incentives for booking a longer stay and that if I wanted to try and get a weekly rate, I would have to talk to the manager.
I unload my car and get my two young children out to go up the stairs to the room. Opened the door and one of the beds had no sheets, the dirty sheets were stripped off the bed and laying on the little couch. There was trash in the trash can and on the counter. Before we even got a chance to turn on the light, we left out of the room and back downstairs to request another room. Got new keys and went back upstairs to the new room. Everything looked clean in this one and I was too exhausted to even go back downstairs. We showered and got in bed. I was woken up in the middle of the night to loud music and what sounded like a tailgate party outside in the parking lot. While I was awake, I walked towards the fridge for water and noticed baby roaches on the counter. I always carry tea tree oil with me. I mixed that with some rubbing alcohol and sprayed down the kitchen. I couldn't even fall back to sleep with the fear of something crawling on me in the middle of the night. Next morning when I was checking to make sure we had all of our belongings, my son pulled open a drawer with a bloodstained pillow that we didn't know was there the night before. I assume it was the pillow and blanket for the pull out couch that we didn't use. The stairwells are filthy and looked like the carpet hadn't been cleaned since it was put in. I took photos to write to corporate and I wouldn't stay here again. Better off going somewhere else.
