We booked this only for one night when we were passing through Ioannina but wished we had stayed longer. Beds and pillows were so comfy we all had the best night sleep we’d had all trip. Staff at the pool bar & the lifeguard were so lovely, they engaged so well with our son. Drinks and food were great and the buffet breakfast was huge and had so many choices.

If you book this hotel for the big parking protection by camera forget it there are not cameras protecting the parking at all only some small part we have seen everything live the cameras all outdoor range . In our Room 😁😊❤️ we had 0 WiFi for 5 star hotel the stuff was a bit strange not all some were friendly but some omg was very strange people. This is not even close to 5 star hotel and is my last time visiting this hotel. I would not recommend it at all is not even good also is super unprofessional if you want a hotel that won't take care of your car they won't take responsibility for anything keep that in mind also that you will feel very unwelcome you will have 0 technology the tvs so outdated and 0 WiFi in some rooms for 5 star hotel then go forward and book it. If you respect yourself and you want a truly 5 star experience there are unlimited better offers than this hotel.

Great hotel with all the amenities that a traveler needs! Spacious and well decorated rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast with a wide range of selections, easy parking! The location is ideal since it’s very close to the expressways connecting the city with either Athens to the south or Thessaloniki to the north!
