    The first night I checked in, I woke at 3:00 am and I was itchy all over. I informed the front desk and they did offer me a different room, but it was the middle of the night and I was very tired. I stayed awake the rest of the night until I could check out and go to another hotel. I was refunded for all the nights booked except the first night which was a horrible experience. I will no longer book on or use the Agoda Website because I don’t feel it was good customer service to not be reimbursed for the first night. The room was not very clean, the halls were dark and the remote did not work well. I do not understand how this hotel has such a high rating. It’s false advertising.

    We stayed there for a week and they only cleaned our room once. We only got clean towels two out of the seven days. The maids are lazy.
