    Marts & eating outlets within few step away. Slow walk of 5mins to MTR station.

    Travelled with my sis and our elderly mom. Upon checked in the staff said the hotel was fully booked and put us on the same floor but children’s rooms. The hotel room was not suitable for my elderly mom because there was no a proper table and chairs to sit in the room. The next day we requested to have a chair delivered to our room for her to sit but it was never delivered. We stayed for 3 nights. We were disappointed with the service. The hotel staff need to give more attention to the hotel guests needs especially family with young children and elderly. I won’t be back to stay in this hotel anymore.

    Shower was cold due to water spoilt, staff service is mostly bad , room was old also, can stay many better hotel at this price point. Wasted staying here.

    Booked a room on Agoda because there were photos of a hot tub with a city view, checked in and was told there was no such room it was the wrong photo 😡
