There was a large sticky stain on the kitchen floor

Check-in went fine, however, when I got to the room, the desk wasn't completely cleaned, the toilet tissue was ripped (used to it being nice and folded), the tub had a few spots was either rusted or the glaze in the tub was peeling. There was a light switch for the ceiling light, however, there wasn't a light there, only lamps could be used. I requested another room as I wasn't sure the room had been properly cleaned. Once in the new room - same issue with the lights, in the living area, there was no light, could only use the light coming from the kitchen, which wasn't enough to read later in evening. The sinks in the bathroom had slow drain - in the bathroom as well as the kitchen. The floor didn't look vacuumed. I didn't take any pictures or anything, unsure if I would stay there again for these reasons. It was convenient for me and noticed that you can bring pets (by the signage) when walked in, and room had a bit of a stench, so maybe someone had a pet previously in room. If they would do a better housekeeping job, and get some lights in room, outside of the lamps, I will consider returning.

Here are a few concerns I wanted to share: First, the indoor pool lacks a bathroom in the pool area, which means you have to leave and walk down a hallway. This creates a slippery situation, especially when you're managing three kids. It feels like a design oversight. Second, the room didn’t have any hand soap. I had to resort to using body wash to wash my hands, which isn’t ideal. Lastly, the layout of the newly renovated rooms seems poorly planned. The nice sofa bed is positioned on the same wall as the TV, making it impossible to watch TV comfortably from the couch. Overall, considering the price, the I would have expected a little better.

We had the suite next to the workout room and we heard music blasting at 4am, it sounded like it was a party. It was terrible. The remote batteries died and it’s unbelievable that they did not have batteries . At checkout no one asked about they stay so I didn’t even bother clearly they don’t care. The toilet had a leak. Imagine going to the bathroom at 4am since the blasting music woke us up and stepping in water. Disgusting!

The images online compared to the actual state of the rooms is terrible. I had to request a new room due to my first one being an absolute travesty, and the second one was barely better than the first but at least wasn't infested with ants. Neither room had half of some of the small luxuries shown in the images, and half the furniture that actually is in the rooms is so old and worn that most of it is falling apart. I had a table in both rooms that couldn't support putting anything on it because there was so few bolts left in either one. A weight room and a VERY cloudy pool no one seems to dare enter do not justify the price of the stay. I will not be returning.

Front desk Mark was awesome!! Very helpful and accommodating! Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom set up is lousy. Too close to bathroom where there’s no door to block lighting. Bathroom arrangement is horrible.Toilet is low enough for a young child to sit on. Sink and accessories outside bathroom makes it challenging. No shelves in bathroom to put clothing on. Just not an ideal set up in any way. Coffee maker had mold or something inside water area. Not the Marriott I used to know!!

A hot tub would be nice. Our TV wasn’t working right away and it took some finagling to figure it out. Silverware would have been nice in kitchenette. Front desk was friendly enough. Room Key didn’t work quite right. Mostly clean. Bed was very comfortable!

The reno looks beautiful, but moved from function to fashion, i.e. no nightstand drawer, no shelves for towels in the actual bathroom, no blackout curtains. 1st night= Ground floor facing the parking lot light, only a thin covering on the window so we were up all night... or was it all day? Couldn't tell because it was so bright. 2nd night= New room, tv didn't work. 3rd through 6th night= NO housekeeping whatsoever, had to keep emptying garbage and taking towels down to get new ones at the front desk. Was told 2x by different front dek people that our room was supposed to get serviced, but housekeeping was irresponsible. Finally got it cleaned 14 hours before we had to check out by "the responsible one." Front desk staff and manager were all very friendly! We haven't stayed there in a few years and were happy they still serve awesome sausage patties for breakfast. Will we stay there again? Probably not.

Nice hotel for most part. But they have construction going on and and had scaffolding probably 20-30 ft up. After they were done for the day they just left it open no caution tape or anything stopping anyone from climbing it. God forbid a child doesn't see that and try to go for a climb, hope they get this taken care of soon.

The room we booked was supposed to have a sofabed and king with kitchen. They were doing renovation and the room was definitely not ready for visitors. No sofabed, few utensils. Paint on floors in every room. Not a cheap room and very disappointing
