    The hotel is near to King Cross station and bus stands, easy access to CBD and nearby sightseeing views, very convenient. The breakfast is nice, various choices of fruit and the coffee is the best, highly recommended. Room size could be one of the picky reasons, but overall is good.

    I have no issues related hotel facilities, cleaniness or room quality. It was OK overall as this hotel is located close to southern cross station so it's perfect area. My only issue was the room that I booked was not ready when check in time (2 pm). I need to wait for at least 1 hour till the room is cleaned and ready to use. I also called and emailed property 1 day before, asking if I can drop luggage before check in time. They said : yes for sure. But when I came to hotel, there was no staff at reception at 1.30 pm. It's just dark and quiet there. Receptionist was closed. At 2 pm, finally one guy showed and opened reception. Just himself. So at this point I was disappointed as the confirmation they said was nonsense. It's better to update on the property details, that reception will not be open till 2 pm, so everyone knows and not wasted the time

    No reception, hotel doesn't provided luggage storage for guest, then key of the room is available exactly at 2pm & inactive at 10am the leave date. very inconcenience.
