So I was moved twice and then had my booking cancelled and removed from the hotel by threat of police, mind you I never raised my voice and I never cursed. I was just frustrated that he’s trying to use the fact that he has to fumigate for bugs to make up for his mistake of over booking (there were many vacancies), this place is fairly new building with potential but very unfriendly environment. I still have not recieved my refund despite proof of the bugs. I’m going to see where this goes but if he defames and lies about the nights events I will be taking this to further legal escalation as the cctv and mg cell phones show proof of the transpired events that led to the deflation of this man’s ego. So as a way to get back at us, he made us leave. I will surely be making a video sharing my experience, let’s see if this man is of his word, Ohio is a opc state so maybe my cell phone was recording the interactions (not something I typically do but this man gave me a shady vibe). I have done dozens of bookings here without needing a refund. So this should tell you how abysmal this service is. The gm, how does a nice newer hotel have a low rating ? Because he’s rude and has vendettas for reporting his lack of accountability for he and his staffs below standard work ethic. Thats all for now.

Due to car troubles we weren't able to make this stay but the motel did refund our stay due to the situation.
