Very clean. Short on amenities. Bar closed at 7PM. No fitness center. Far away from center of town. Need to provide some kind of a shuttle service. Had to take Uber at $20 a pop.

Our room was incredible, it has a double shower in the ensuite, we loved that. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need, microwave, oven, large fridge, washing machine and dryer. It is kept beautifully clean, the deck is enclosed, keeping bugs out. The lady who checked us in was beautiful, her smile made for a warm welcome. The resort is terrific.

This hotel was amazing. The 2 bedroom suite was very luxurious with all the comforts of home. The suite was super clean and huge! Nice pool with jacuzzi and a small beach, free easy parking and a 10 minute drive to downtown Key West. It was nice staying away from the busy downtown since it was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended this property!

This place was absolutely amazing! Our family of five stayed in the two-bedroom suite, and the resort was in fantastic shape – everything was clean, new, and worked perfectly. The balconies in each room were fantastic. The master suite's shower was truly one of the best I've ever encountered. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook meals, prepare snacks, and more. I loved it!

The accommodation was nice. The pool is not deep and my children aged 14 and 12 were disappointed by this. Probably better for younger children. The Rooster's will wake you up at sunrise but not much the hotel can do about this.

Excellent property in Key West. The unit is large, spacious, and very comfortable. As a vacation-style property, it feels like a full apartment with two bedrooms, which is a great setup. The view is beautiful, parking is easy, and having electric vehicle charging available is a big plus. The only improvement I would suggest is extending the pool bar hours. It closes too early, especially on NFL game days. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and a property I would highly recommend.

We loved our time here. The rooms were huge and very clean, and the master bathroom was amazing. The staff was super nice, and the amenities were great — especially the free cabanas by the pool, the beach area, and the hammocks. The bar by the pool was a nice bonus, but just a heads-up: there’s a surcharge already added to the receipt, so we ended up double tipping at first without realizing it. Overall, an awesome stay and we’d definitely come back!

The room was amazing, spotless. The resort was clean and the pool was nice. I could not give this a five star because of the following reasons… Don’t go there for any type of beach (there is none) the tiki bar is old, it needs a face lift. If you arrive early and you want to go to the pool, you can but you have to change in the bathroom on a wet floors outside the resort. They will hold onto your luggage. Most hotels that I stay at offer one free bottle of water in your room, this one does not. The last thing I would say is, I found that one of the girls working at the front desk was not the friendliest. She was a little bit snooty, and short with me. I think it is important to have someone at the front desk that makes you feel welcome. Again, I must say our room with spectacular and very clean.

The room was exceptional. The large screened in porch was a nice touch. Everything was very clean and super quiet. This is the first hotel you pass by when entering Key West, so it's about a 10 minute drive to Duval.

We loved everything about this place except the beach was gross. Don’t play to swim at the beach here, but other than that this place was great.
