This motel is close to the central area in Fresno. Check-in is quick and efficient. The room is very large with 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Lots of space. There is a fridge but no microwave and no coffee or hot water facility. Coffee is available at the reception (complimentary). Apart from the sometimes loud A/C it is quiet and sleep quality is good. Unlike what many reviews say our room was mostly clean (the floor could be cleaner), the bed was fresh and there was no smell of any kind.

My bed squeaked a bit but ok. Floors were warm a bit better cleaning would be better. All soaps are in dispensaries. Coffee, pancake, and waffles for breakfast were nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Room was unclean. Sink full of trimmed hair. Some lamps were not working. Air Conditioner is of poor quality. Will not stay there next time.
