    We book early morning hours 1 or 2am for the night Had to switch room due to a towel on bed not sure if it was used or not because it wasn’t folded and trash inside the trash cans everything else was clean let staff know she was friendly and did not hesitate or complain about having to change our room next room was nice and clean

    When we first entered the lobby, it appeared fairly nice, nothing fancy, however it looked clean but the smell was very stale. The room looked ok at first glance, but again, there was a very distinct smell, kind of like dusty or just dirt. Then we discovered big hair balls on the floor, there was blood on the end of the bedding, there were dead bugs everywhere and a lot of live stink bugs. I think that may have been the smell. The room was extremely hot, even though the outside temp was around 50 degrees. The entire baseboard had been ripped off in the bathroom and with all the lights off, the room was lit up like a Christmas tree. Between the hall lights beaming in all the way around the door, all the lights on the electronics and the lights from the parking lot, it made it very difficult to sleep. My son tried to get a candy bar out of the machine and it got caught up and wouldn’t drop down. He went to the desk and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Really? I think the thing that bothered me most was that I filled out a review upon check out and nobody reached out. So bottom line, it was a crappy stay and no one really cared.

    When checking in, paper said our room was ***, but it was crossed off and someone wrote ***. Not sure if it was because someone asked to swap rooms or just a random error. Walked in the room, it was immediately stuffy and humid. The AC unit just recycles the air, so we left our room door open to try to cycle new air, since windows don't open. Sink had gunk in it. Two red pieces. Shower had gunk in it. Black piece. Was the room properly cleaned before? Room only had one bath towel in it. Don't know how they can charge almost *** a night and not have it cleaned prior. We wonder if they checked someone in that room, then gave them a different room. But didn't check to see if they made anything dirty.
