Clean room, even though it's digital very response customer service

This was our second stay at this hotel in two months. The room was clean and tidy, but we encountered a few minor issues (1. the door was difficult to close; 2. we forgot our electronic key to the safe), but these were resolved within two hours.
The hotel's location is very convenient, right in the city center, close to the Redwood City transport center, and with many good restaurants nearby.

Great location. Nice room. Keyless check-in only and no front desk, but had no issues and would stay again.
