Easy parking on the property. Nice people serving. The hotel was very clean. The only negative is that the room smelled like onions (had to open the window for an hour), and the bathroom needs some upgrading. Safe location.

Check-in was fast and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious, but one curtain didn’t close properly, and the air conditioning turned on by itself at 4:30 AM even though we had switched it off. The TV was small and not a Smart TV (no streaming, no Wi-Fi connection), and the phone looked like it hadn’t been replaced in 20+ years. The wardrobe was tiny, only one set of towels was provided for two people, and the toiletries came in very small bottles that needed constant replacement. The hallway carpets were visibly worn and dirty. The bathroom was clean, but basic. Breakfast was the worst of our 8-day trip through Italy (in five 4-star hotels): limited in both quantity and quality. One example: the only oil for bread was a sweet salad dressing sachet, not proper olive oil. We were also woken up at 8:00 AM by construction work inside the hotel — in August. Absolutely unacceptable in a supposed 4-star property. The hotel is located about a 15–20 minute walk from Verona’s centre, which isn’t ideal unless you have a car. The free indoor parking is a strong positive. The lobby is spacious and well equipped, but not as elegant as the photos suggest. In the end, this is not a horrible hotel, but it falls short in too many areas. It feels closer to a 3-star and does not deliver the standard expected of a 4-star stay.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the location was very good. Parking in the garage was not as difficult as it is in some European hotels. Breakfast buffet was good, but the selection was somewhat limited. Scrambled eggs, looked pretty sad and watery and bacon was either burnt or undercooked. Also, one of the cappuccino machines seemed to be not working properly. For a downtown hotel with very limited amenities, the price was fair.

Short drive to city center. Very good breakfast with a great dining staff. Clean room. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. Room got very warm at night. Fan speed for the air automatically went to low. No comfortable chair in the room.

The Expedia description states: the optional Breakfast at hotel is €18 per person. So, we did not get any breakfast at the hotel for three days. However, when we checked out, we’ve been told that breakfast is include with our stay, and it comes complimentary .

The property and rooms are well kept, even dough the furnitures are not the newest. However, room was tidy and clean, staff was nice and helpful. To reach the hotel you need to catch the bus or get a taxi. It's not close from central train station.

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance to Verona centre. With restaurants about 10 mins from hotel, that are excellent and less expensive than the city centre.
