Room was clean. Amenities were perfect. My son loved the ping pong, shuffle board, and mini golf. The pool was warm and the hot tub was perfect after all the walking.

If amazing was a place it would be the Westgate flamingo Bay resort. This place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The staff in both the hotel casino and the flamingo Bay resort residence are like no other every single individual that wears the Westgate title if I could give them more than five stars I would add a zero behind it #50Stars.

Hotel needs updates. Checked in and the room wasn’t ready. Waited 2 hours for a text/call and never got one. Had to come back to see if the room was ready. It wasn’t but as we waited they said it was finally ready. Then on 2 different days we found scorpions in our room. They sprayed outside our room the first time. Second time they sprayed in our room. Staff would text us throughout our stay to see how things were. But we didn’t stay here again. Location was convenient.
