    My stay at this property was extremely disappointing and one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. I encountered numerous serious issues and repeatedly reported them throughout my stay. Unfortunately, management later claimed that I had not reported these problems which is simply untrue. The room intercom was not working forcing me to walk up and down several flights of stairs multiple times a day to report the issues in person. During my stay, I experienced: • A TV that did not work • A broken and leaking air conditioning unit • Faulty electrical sockets • Periods with no running water • A major leak in the living room area • Faulty kitchen appliances including the kettle and extractor fan • No Wi-Fi for the entire duration of my stay Despite constantly raising these concerns many of them remained unresolved. To make matters worse after just 3 days of a 10-day booking, I was asked to check out even though I was the one dealing with a long list of maintenance and service failures. What I found most frustrating was not only the poor condition of the property but also management's attempt to deny that the issues had been reported. Given the number of times I had to leave my room and speak to staff because the intercom was broken, this response was particularly disappointing. The combination of poor maintenance, lack of communication and failure to take responsibility for legitimate complaints made for an awful experience. I would not recommend this property and would strongly encourage guests to look elsewhere.
