This hotel is a good stay for solo travellers travelling under a budget. The facilities and premises are nothing fancy; however, they are functional and enough whenever someone merely wants a place to stay. Note there is no elevator. My room was in the first floor so this was not a concern, but I had previously read about other guests' experiences in 5th floor rooms. The hotel room was clean although it was clearly seen to be an old room. Despite concerns about bugs, mosquitos, etc... prior to arriving, these proved unfounded and the stay passed by without any issues. Perhaps the slightly more annoying situation was the limited number of plugs in the room, although this was a minor inconvenience. I completed my check-in late around 11 PM. While there was no one at reception, self check-in instructions were clearly labelled and it was easy to get into the room, set-up WIFI, etc... this was similarly for check-out which was also done as self check-out. The location is very good, about 10 minutes from Seomyeon station and 15 minutes away from Coffee Street or Young Alley neighborhood. This makes it very easy to see the city. The passageway from Seomyeon to the hotel is not very well lit, but I didn't think it was dangerous at all. Overall, I would suggest this hotel as a good place to stay for those looking to visit Busan on a budget.

We (6nights) were given a twin room without Aircon and no kettle. Our friends (4nights) in a similar room had Aircon and kettle. Room badly need a reno. I would have been ok if both rooms were similarly bad but why was the longer stay given the worser room.
