    Key points: - Excellent staff: very responsive and kind, speaks multiple languages - Gym open 24/7, small but never saw anyone there and had everything I needed - WiFi was good, no issues to work from the hotel - Location is fine, only 15-20min away by Uber or Cabify to the heart of Madrid (Royal palace, El Retiro, etc.). There’s also a bus stop nearby but subway stop seems a bit further
