    High quality room and breakfast. Location is a bit further out from Shenzhen HK border, but car rides are convenient anyway. Highly recommend

    Room service is excellent, got robots delivery. Ordered dinner delivery from Meituan to hotel, and the robot helped deliver the food directly to my room (some other hotels require you to go downstairs to pick up). Also loved the late checkout (to 2pm), and the club house tea buffet at top floor.

    I booked a city view twins bed room. But, it was shocking to realize the "city view" turned out to be looking out a residential block... and the residential block was closed to my room that we actually saw these horrific view, such as, watched an uncle sitting on his bed, aunties hanging clothes in their balcony. The information and the label of "city view" is so misleading... it should be renamed as "up close residential block view". When I asked about whether I can change to another room, I was informed that all "city view" twin beds rooms are facing the residential blocks. Also, the gym & indoor swimming pool are in another block which requires walking to another block and then walking up & down the stairs... and it turned out to be open to the public as well. It is not Sheraton standard & is not worth for the money. Do NOT recommend paying money to stay at the so called "city view" room to watch residents in another residential block
