I would say overall my stay was not the best because I thought I could upgrade my room once I got there to a junior suite, that was not the case and the room I received neeeed much attention but the staff was as accommodating as possible and issued me a credit to my room. However , I would say upgrade your room when booking they have limited rooms that have a good view. Please be prepared to pay for all food this is not an all inclusive resort. Ask for Ozzie , he was very helpful during my stay.

This is the best hotel, at the best location, on the island!!

The photos don't speak to the experience the pool is the only attraction. The rooms are dated, some may say I dont pay to stay in the room which I agreed but I would say if your a person who is looking for a luxury stay with amenities, entertainment and a vacation vibe you may want to consider somewhere else. Our bathroom water had a horrible smell that lingered throughout the room, television says bluetooth features couldnt hook anything up, date and time says January 1, 2018. Just a dated vibe
