    Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Hotel does have a mini tour concierge to assist guests with booking of activities. Room is clean but be careful with mozzies. Room comes with insect repellent and mozzie net (do keep doors and windows closed to prevent mozzies). Occasionally crocodiles could be spotted - they are the ‘permanent residents’ here, sun-basking right outside of my sliding door on ground floor. Good location facing the riverfront.

    Everything about my stay there was disappointing. From the environment to the facilities was below par. They redeemed themselves with the activities that they offered outside of the facility. Rounded up my stay there with food poisoning. Worst few days I have spent on vacation in a long while.

    This is the happening resort on the Zambia side of Victoria Falls. Bustling hotel where many of the activities/tours in the area depart from. Big deck restaurant overlooking the Zambezi River, with adequate rooms that are realtively affordable (the destination is expensive). With some flaws though, such as weak to non-existent internet and undrinkably bad cocktails at the bar that taste like there 's no alcohol in them.
