This was a very nice hotel in the heart of Mekelle. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff knows what they are doing and everyone was nice and very helpful.
It’s not the newest hotel in Tigray, but it’s clean, comfortable, and safe. If you go during Timket make sure your room faces the street to see the procession. Had a wonderful experience.

The staff was fantastic, things were very clean. The coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had, I slept well, no bugs very little noise for Mekella and Fana gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had in this world for 500 bir which is about what $3:23 USD. I had a massage almost every day. Excellent hotel.
