The room was great. The rooster crowed at 6- 630: am everyday. Continental breakfast was not until 8:30 am

Away from the hustle enough but close enough to walk. Closer to quieter north end of beach.

The drive way and parking area needs to be improved. There is a large open grate which is dangerous for cars to enter and worse to leave. The grate needs to be upgraded completely.
