    Very good hotel, friendly staff, good food and beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and good for relaxing, we stay here many times and can only recommend this hotel.

    The hotel is located in Rawai which is about 1.5h away from the airport. Its on a quiet lane and there isnt any shops or restaurants around. The room i had was a 1bedroom which had a kitchen, and washing machine. I asked for ground floor and was given one based on availability. The room is a bit dark, hard to put on makeup. There are also some mosquitos and sandflies but they put a citronella essential oil burner in the bathroom which helps. There are 2 decent sized pools. And a sauna and gym. The sauna I thought needed an upgrade and was a bit moldy. Gym was minimally equipped. The best part is that the breakfast is cooked to order every day till 5pm. And it was delicious. Especially the sourdough bread. Ohh and last but not least the bed which ws so comfy, I slelpt so well.

    The service was relatively slow compared to other places. However, the staff handled the situation well and were able to resolve the issue professionally. I checked in and received my room at around 3:30 PM, which was quite frustrating. As for the room, it was truly impressive. However, the lighting at night was a bit too dim. The breakfast could definitely use some improvement. Overall, thank you for providing a good experience for us as a couple. We look forward to seeing you again.
