The 1st room #419 was filthy! Fridge rusted and seal broken! Toilet paper stuffed in bathroom ceiling. Carpet pulled up, baseboard tile broken off, mold in the shower(shower head filthy), stains on carpet

Everyone was above par on every level...minus the lady staffing the breakfast area. She was not rude by any means...but had no personality or friendly demeanor at all. The only verbal interaction I even tried was asking where a fork was. No response...just pointed with her finger. Everyone else I interacted with offered a smile, kind words, and seemed eager to help.

We had ants appears from a small hole in the shower and the best they did was give us a can of raid to spray. Parking is a huge inconvenience and incredibly limited for having 2 hotels on property. Being told to park in red lanes and move vehicles before 7am is completely unprofessional and risking a vehicle tow. Thermostat on A/C left alot to be desired.

We enjoyed our short stay. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was enjoyable. Our only issue was that parking was a problem. There seemed to be plenty of spaces, but when we returned from dinner on Saturday evening, every single space was full. Some people were parked in the red and by the lobby. We drove around for twenty minutes and were about to park at the Denny's next door, but we saw someone leaving and quickly grabbed that space. Not sure I want to go through that hassle again.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room did not get cleaned the second day. I made sure that the do not disturb sign was not on the outside of the door.

I liked the customer service I got from Maziar, he was so helpful. What I did not like, 1st they gave us room 107( not clean and noise from the highway ) the transferred to 412 (unbearably noise coming out of the bathroom fan, none stop plus outside car noise) then moved to 317 (bathroom fan was not working at all. Every time we took showers the entire mirror got covered by fog, blind was inoperable and missing the curtain( light was coming through in the night, iron was missing and asked the front desk- promised was never brought) all in all , such a nightmare experience for my family trip. Carpet looks dirty and smells. Never ever recommend this hotel. I wished I could canceled my reservation and went to a different hotel but unfortunately, I was unable to cancel because it was non refundable reservation

The staff at Holiday Inn Express were friendly and accomodating. My husband requires a handicapped accessible room and we were pleased with the size and comfort of the rooms. There is easy freeway access from the hotel, as well as dinning and shopping close by. It is a bit noisy due to freeway traffic, but otherwise comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
