Staff was very friendly. I switched hotels from another due to issues with elevator. I have stayed at a residence inn previously and was pleased. Area around is not the best but I looked at several other places and it’s all about the same. This place is fenced in. Room was great. Perfect, except for being right over pool and people wanted to play music till late. Front desk did respond and had them turn down. I liked it enough to book it again this weekend as rates were better and it’s close to the area I have to work at and close to casinos if you wish to go.

no the room wasn't spotless in that someone had patched a sheetrock square (shoddy job) and left the sheetrock dust on floor molding and floor, really? Also, they want you to be responsible for damages like most hotels and there was a crack in bathroom sink where somone had dropped something very heavy. Alll I could do was report it to desk that i had not done it.. Get it fixed or replace it. The entire neighborhood had closed / run down hotels across street and nearby...not a good sign.

My family and I was very pleased with the staff and our room. I would definitely use this hotel again the next time I travel to Shreveport. And I would highly recommend it to my family members traveling to Louisiana

The residence inn by Marriott Shreveport airport area was very nice
Our king suite had an amazing walk in glass 🚿 shower hot water
The luxurious bedding we enjoyed very much
