Clean facility, comfortable beds, but could use more substantial comforter/ bedspread. Staff helpful & friendly. Entrance to hotel is a bit difficult to spot upon arrival.

While it wasn't a terrible experience, it didn't quite live up to the exceptional reviews I had seen. The front desk staff did mention that renovations are planned to begin shortly, which I believe are certainly needed. My assessment was influenced by issues such as a malfunctioning door lock and the cleanliness of the room. When these concerns were brought to the attention of the front desk, the manager in training appeared to be more attentive than the general manager.
