Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

At the time we were staying in Rome at the EXE Domus Aurea it was hot weather, unusual for October. The hotel had already turned off their central air conditioning for the season, that was the response from the front desk when we complained that the rooms (we stayed in 3 rooms) were very hot, and they just did not do anything to help us.
We had to open the windows at night and our rooms were facing the street, so it was very noisy. We couldn’t sleep well because of the noise.

Good counter service, especially Valeria, extremely friendly and helpful to assist on tour tickets. Breakfast spread is reasonably good for the price. Occasional noise from street cleaning but not a big issue. Convenient location less than 10 mins walk to train terminal.
