The cleaning staff was excellent. The woman in the reception, her name is Carlota needs customer service training. She didn’t even lift her head or said hello when we arrived. I have stayed in this hotel
Over 5 times and she an attitude

Excellent excellent hotel. Excellent value for money so I hope this doesn’t change. The pool bar staff were not friendly, wouldn’t even say hi would just leave you standing there for ages. Reception and restaurant staff were amazing and so kind. Breakfast brilliant, room lovely modern and clean. Location perfect!

Lovely room overlooking the sea. Close to the bars/restaurants. Beautiful and varied breakfast that kept us going until late afternoon. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Sitges after visiting for 20 years. Only negative was the shower, which could have done with some anti slip ridges or something to make it less slippery.
