The Rochester Hotel has everything I needed while I visited Durango. The location is within walking distance of downtown’s many amenities and the staff are amazing hospitality specialists. Whoever trained them sets the gold standard for sincere customer interaction and stellar service! True professionals that were helpful and accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This stay was a treat to my husband and self. We usually stay at chain hotels. I am so thankful that I decided to do something special. Everyone and everything was just wonderful. The outside patio chairs and small tables were perfect for a light lunch and then we walked over to Steamboat Brewery for a great steak dinner. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve been on at a hotel.
Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for all the special treatment.
