Location is in La Foresta, near to restaurants and cafes and a huge supermarket. Staff are friendly and the hotel has many restaurant options, even a pharmacy. There are security guards at the main entrances, so we felt safe as well. Lastly, the gym is so well equipped and even has its own personal trainers.

Hotel tried to extort city taxes from me not mentioned on Agoda booking! They will try to make more money by stating that ur booked room is only floors 1-3 and higher floor level costs additional amount! Front desk customer service is rude and poor/ there is no onsite manager to resolve issues. Rooms are outdated with no fan in bathroom. Only somewhat good thing is location. Otherwise do urself a favor and book somewhere else. hyped up ratings.

We were very happy with the facilities and service at the Swissotel Quito. The fitness center was much better than any hotel gym I’ve seen, though it can be busy as local residents use it also. The breakfast buffet was extensive, which both Ecuadorian and food seen in the USA.
The bed has firm and comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel enough to return there after a trip to Cotopaxi National Park.
