    The entire hotel is being renovated. Loud. Unpleasant. Nothing on their website indicates that their main hotel Don CeSar is not open which was the main reason for going. I got charged 15 dollars for no reason. Idiotic policies for inquiring about these upcharges by management like “Email me about this later” when she is right in front of me. Guests are not employees. They charge 28 dollars for parking, which is fine but at least tell me about it. Definitely not worth the money considering they charge a 4 star premium. If you’re going to pay this much go across street to Hotel Zamora.
