The room was nice. It was clean. The elevator apparently has not been in operation for some time, which meant I had to carry everything up stairs and then back down stairs when I was checking in and out. Fortunately, I did not have mobility issues. The breakfast was okay. Better than many I have had at other hotels, not as good as others. They had hot water and tea bags, but no hot chocolate for non coffee/tea drinkers. I would stay at the Holiday Inn Express again, but I would call ahead to ensure the elevator is in working order.

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of food options close by. The breakfast at the hotel was meh, and the hallway on the first floor smelled musty, possibly because the indoor pool was near our room. We didn’t notice the shower head was pointed out into the bathroom so we flooded the bathroom floor the first night. The hotel could use a little TLC on the furniture and doors. Unfortunately, the towels felt like sandpaper.

the room was clean and comfortable. The blinds were not correct for the room, since half the blinds were floor length even though they needed to be above the heating/A/C structure. You could see holes in the blinds where people had obviously used safety pins to pull the blinds together so that you would not have all kinds of light coming into the room during the day and especially at night. Also, the dresser had nicks and gouges in it, which was low class. The waste baskets were under size, so inadequate. The room did not get cleaned. We could easily hear the people in the floor above walking around and some talking. The facility was clean and neat and the bed and breakfast selection was very good. Just seemed like the room was not being maintained to the same level as the hotel overall.

The room was too warm. Couldn’t get it cool enough. The curtains were torn up enough that you couldn’t get privacy. Literally torn up. I’ve stayed here plenty of times over the last 24 months. While Ok, ish. Not my favorite Holiday Inn Express.

This Holiday Inn is one of the best ive ever stayed at. It smelled clean and the carpets were clean. The room was huge and modern with our own keurig and pods. The shower was also big with big bottles of Dove shampoo which smell amazing!!! Will definitely be booking here again!!!!

Basically, I love the Hard floors in rooms but causes a lot of noise if you are on the first or second floor. Pillows were horrible. Please invest in some quality pillows. I didn’t even sleep the entire night. You need more staff for the kitchen. Not enough food for the amount of people

The floors are beautiful but omg the noise to the floors below is so loud. Breakfast area the pancake machine I watched no less the 15 stand there and try to figure it out. No one around to ask so they went on

I absolutely loved the room! It was stylish, the colors were so inviting, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but I didn’t see anyone readily replenishing the hot foods… and we didn’t see a microwave, so we couldn’t heat up a pastry. We like when hotels are lenient on the breakfast hours as we prefer our sleep, but this was not one of those places. Things were being put away and locked up before we finished. We did know the ending time for breakfast, so that’s on us. We just like the more casual places that keep things open as long as people are there. We liked that there was an option to eat outdoors as we always prefer that on a beautiful day. There is a small pool that we were able to enjoy. We were also able to extend our checkout time, which was helpful. We would stay at this hotel again.

The front desk is excellent. Simple things like an extra roll of toilet paper were missed two days in a row. Had to finally go ask for TP. The shower curtain does not contain the water and the bathroom floor was always wet.

Disappointing visit. The elevator and vending machine were both out of service. In addition, they must not have concrete between floors, because I heard A LOT of noise (mostly just walking and moving) from the floor above my room, as well as from the hallway.

This use to be my go to place. It was clean and central to my calls. The lady who checked me in was on a call when I waked in. As I waited for about 15min till she checked me in. Then Two other people walked out of the office and left. One elevator was broken again. The other one was at the other end of the hotel. The room had ants. And the bed was on a medal box caused the bed to what sounded like springs popping.

Elevator out for my entire stay of 6 days. Unacceptable! It could have been repaired in that time frame! Everyone was kind and accommodating EXCEPT for Lisa, who worked 2 of the night shifts I was there. She was very rude and should be fired! Totally incompetent and in the wrong job! She should never be a Concierge at a hotel! Power was out for hours due to storm one morning, but not their fault. Make sure all elevators are working before you stay there.
