For the first time in recent memory, our room was cleaned, towels changed every other day. Didnt even get that at higher priced hotels. Breakfast foods were ok but nothing special

We didn’t have the opportunity to use the kitchen or breakfast during our stay, so we can’t provide feedback on those services.

Breakfast buffet was dismal

The staff stood out. They were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. Hot and cold food.

I was on the second floor and I could hear the noise the people were making on the third floor room above me. It was disturbing and annoying. Otherwise I do not have any complaints about the hotel. But hearing others noisiness was annoying and affected my sleep

Breakfast was ok.

The breakfast had minimal choices and the sausage were of low quality. The oatmeal was very watery. The room was clean and staff members were friendly. The toilet paper and Kleenex were one ply and really thin.

Everything was clean but pretty run down. The staff was kind and friendly.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, but the shower wasn’t working. When we call the main office they offered to change the room, which was nice.

Decent hotel in a pinch. Not in a great area, hotel was actively painting the entrance doors and handrails during check-in time, possibly not the best planning as multiple customers (including myself) got wet paint on us trying to access our rooms

I have stayed here twice. The second time was an accident because I did not remember the name of the place. This place has an awful smell. Throughout the hallways it just smells really awful. The room itself is just average. It definitely needs updating. The bed was very uncomfortable. The parking is free. That is a huge plus. The last time I stayed here I got up at 3:00 AM and left. The bed was so uncomfortable that I could not stand it. Then I tried to go turn in my keys but no one was there. I waited 15 minutes and no one came. That meant I had to drive all the way back there to drop off the keys later that day. Also the first time I stayed here when I was on my way to check out a homeless couple approached me and asked me if I could add them to my room as guests so they could have breakfast. I felt really uncomfortable doing so. I told the front desk person but she acted like it was not a big deal. I do not know if it happens often and that is why her response seemed unbothered. At any rate I gave them a $20 bill for breakfast and left. So between that and the smell I will definitely never stay here again!

This hotel has become a bit of a hidden gem. The rooms are a bit small, especially the bathroom, but it is comfortable, quiet, convenient and the breakfast was very nice and tasty. So glad they had an available room when we had to do a late night relocation from where we had previously booked due to A LOT of problems at the prior hotel.

I need to cancel a reservation and your site won’t let me. Even though they said free cancellation

Check in was fast and staff member very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Very comfortable bed and convenient location

Breakfast was fresh and monitored. Lots of choices.

First day menu was ok but second morning they served dinner item and not enough of the eggs or milk

The room was smelly, from moldy carpet I believe.

Room looked and smelled clean, location was great for doing tourist stuff and having included & easy parking was a nice bonus. We'd absolutely stay here again.

The bed was absolutely comfortable, room was clean, staff was helpful and kind.

Our recently renovated room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The no-added-cost parking was great. We stayed 4 nights. The breakfast was disappointing with very little variety. The hotel itself is pretty quiet but it is on a busy, loud street. The pool is extremely small and dirty. For the price, it met our needs since we spent most of our time at the beaches.

We did not eat breakfast, but it looked as if it had limited choices.

The room was comfortable for 3 people and there was sufficient parking. Breakfast menu was good as well.

The room was nice & clean and comfy, however we were disappointed that there wasn't a working ice machine on our floor. We were on the 3rd floor so that was a big inconvenience. Another issue we seemed was a bit of a safety hazard was the showers. They were very Slippery & I Slipped. It was a very scary situation.

Great location. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Bed was also comfortable.
