I had to make a few calls because I needed an extra blanket and the heater wasn't working. Also, there is no full length mirror and the refrigerator froze my stuff so I had to adjust that the staff was really sweet and accommodating and they fix the heating. Also, it was really close to my event.

Beds and pillows were amazing! We had an ada room andI don’t know if I accidentally booked it, but the shower was problematic. Otherwise excellent stay with Starbucks and cvs right close. Easy walk to Disneyland!

Our stay was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a short trip, and the staff provided a good level of customer service throughout our visit. The Portofino is exactly what it claims to be: a reliable 2.5 to 3-star resort. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a functional home base near the parks without the luxury price tag.

I have stayed here a few times. They are very accommodating, the service and front desk is always so nice. Wish they had electric doors for stroller friendly access. Parking is interesting and could maybe use an upgrade. The overall cleanliness is decent for the caliber ande price of the hotel. Not really updated.

The outside of the hotel looks nice You walk in the lobby looks clean and decorated. But once the elevator opens to the second floor, which is a floor we stayed on. There’s an old / moldy smell. The room has a stronger smell of the same smell . Also there was no ventilation in the bathroom

Staff, as always, are terrific at The Anaheim Portofino. My family has stayed at the Portofino at least 10 times. My only complaint is that the rooms are getting “tired” and showing their age.

We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub. It had been raining. The room was nice, but it was older. Had a big bed and a sofa pullout bed. Wish we had more dresser. Space

The staff at check in was very helpful and kind. The staff was also accommodating in switching our room after we found black mold all over the bathroom. Under all the peeling wallpaper was covered in black mold. The ceiling was spotty with black mold but the walls and base boards were covered. It was difficult to breathe because the air was so musty. My son who is recovering from valley fever was at extreme risk, and exposure to this amount of black mold can be dangerous to anyone, but especially some one with an existing lung condition. Again the staff was helpful and switched our rooms right away but the new room also had black mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was less and didn’t smell as musty and it was very late so we weren’t able to switch hotels. Won’t stay here again. Rooms desperately need updating, deep cleaning and fumigation.

Positives - The air conditioner works amazing. It stays where you put it and works even if there is no movement. Great area and walkable to Disneyland. Negatives- it's time for a remodel. Also our toilet ran the whole time and we could not fix it. The beds are very firm. The halls have a smell about them.

Parking was insufficient. When checking in the instructions were poorly given so I’m glad I did not have to use most of them until a few days later when I could go back and reconfirm the instructions given, and I got all brand new instructions that were not what I was told. The fridge in one of the rooms I had booked was terrible. We had to get a new one and the phone in the same room did not work. The pullout couch beds were terrible to sleep on the mattress on. Those were so thin you felt the metal all night long.

The rooms were very clean! Hot tub was hot and after a long disneyland day it helped with the sore legs! Only complaint was the second floor smells of poo. I would say it was a 1 day problem but i was there 4 nights and it always had that smell
