This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc.
The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful

Lovely grand hotel with spacious room and comfortable bed.
Breakfast was an array of foods from different countries! Spoilt for choice each morning! Enjoyed very much the Indonesian cuisine while my partner enjoyed the European breakfast.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great, too.
For a Grand hotel, could do with extra comforts like hand towels in the bathroom and an extra toilet roll provided each day. The size of the toilet roll provided, was just sufficient each day for the two of us.
The grout in shower area was filthy on arrival - pointed it out to services, and was much improved after cleaning.
On the whole we had a wonderful experience, and would come back again.
