We were right next to stairs which were very loud. We got maybe 3 hours of sleep because of all the noise… very disappointing. The hallways & stairs looked like they have never been vacuumed…

Everything was great. The hotel was quiet. The staff were very helpful, courteous and eager to meet any needs we had. It’s a convenient spot to stay after the Michigan football home game, and I have no complaints at all.

Leaking sink, leaking ceiling, booked two rooms and all were different prices. One was 100 dollars more. The hotel said it was because of the website (hotels.com) who did that. The room had trash on the ground that had not been picked up. Would not recommend a stay here.

We got in late (just past midnight) and the front desk was very accommodating. We called in earlier and informed the hotel we were checking in late. They said not a problem as long as we got there before 1AM. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable surprisingly. The hotel was quiet with no disturbances from any other guest. I will definitely stay here again in the future to break up the trip from Chicago to Ann Arbor, MI.

I booked online and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The manager and staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Next time were in the area we are definitely staying there!

We reserved two rooms - both handicap accessible (we only required one handicap access but that jus how the reservation booked). Anyhow - we also needed two beds in one of the rooms. I called and this was confirmed that we could get two queens in one of the rooms ... the attendant on the phone said she physically walked to the room and confirmed that there were too beds. When we arrived to check in, her manager was very disturbed and insisted that "there are no rooms with 2 beds in the entire hotel". The front desk attendant replied to her boss - "no - i confirmed the two beds". He just kept saying "no". ?I was lost. I then asked if we could have a cot or rollaway bed - and he insisted "we do not have any". The another emplyee in the lounge who had overheard our conversation said "no - we have rollaways with clean sheets availablle". The manager again said "no" - until i pushed for him to find one. Long story short - we ended up switching one of our rooms with our friends who had a room with 2 queens but didnt need both ... with no support of the staff. I am still lost to this moment. Beyond that - the hotel was reasonably clean but completely run down ... has not been updated in 40 years. Not worth $200 a night - which is insane.

We decided last minute to get a hotel instead of camping for the night in the rain. Reserved online. Easy check in. The breakfast had a variety of items but very little protein. It worked for what we needed that night.

The room was in shambles. Furniture was falling apart, the AC filters were very dirty. The drapes were torn to the point of being drape strips! Staff was rude, the “hot” breakfast was not (they had a waffle maker and microwave sandwiches but the later was gone every morning). The pool was tiny and never had towels. We had to ask for towels at the desk every time..maybe put some in the pool area?? Front doors are not automatic, odd for a main door. This was problematic when bringing things in or out. Back security door was broken so anyone can enter. Finally, they allow pets. Barking dogs kept us up for hours. Yikes! Please heed this advice, you can do so much better for the price. I’ve been in worse but it’s a close call!

Booked the room expecting a suite and found it a slightly below average hotel room. We could hear a dog yipping in the next room, then could hear a couple having sex a little later. Sound proofing is very poor. Free breakfast was less than mediocre. Would definitely not stay here again. Sorry.

Pool was ice cold, kids suite was out dated and needed repairs! Breakfast was not good.. some of the stuff was expired or just didnt taste good. Plus was that its right by everything. And easy to get to the high way

Overall, it was OK. The room had an air freshener that was just horrible and did not dissipate. The bed was like a hard rock. The breakfast is from 7 to 9. Seems like a very short amount of time.

The staff was nice except housekeeping kept knocking at the door even though I had the do not disturb sign up. Tub drained very slowly. Mold on tile around tub. Hot and cold reversed in sink. Shower control stuck so half the water came out of faucet. Stains on arms of upholstery. Continental breakfast out of most offerings. Tables sticky.

Had reserved a handicapped room, which included a necessary roll-in shower. Unfortunately, they only had one room with the roll-in shower which was already rented....why weren't we told? Hotel was nice, clean, bed was hard & lumpy. Would have gone somewhere else, if we had known our shower request could not be filled.

We booked for four nights. We started off with 2 towels and two washcloths. Not once did they every bring any new ones. We had to ask for new washcloths, every single day! I get the towels but washcloths! The microwave, in the breakfast area, had the same spills inside it every day of our stay. The trash cans had pancake batter spilled all down them, all days we were there. We had to wait to check in for over 10 minutes. NO one was at the counter. The staff never spoke another word to us our entire stay.
