The hotel is centrally located on a busy street but the rooms are completely quiet. The staff was wonderful assisting with restaurant and tour recommendations. Guadalupe helped us book our bus pass to Mexico City. The rooms are very spacious, clean and renovated. The only thing we don’t care for are those fancy bath tubs because they’re challenging to get in and out. The water pressure was excellent as was the temperature. We had a meal there and the food was good. We would definitely stay there again. Awesome hotel and city.

The worst part about this hotel? No elevator. It's not a big deal since the hotel is only two levels. However, if you have heavy bags like we did, there is help.
The place is very nice, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband really enjoyed their "Cafe de la olla" which is essentially brewed coffee, as we enjoy it here in the states. The part he enjoyed was that they flavored it with cinnamon sticks.
The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is well equipped, and it even comes with a bathtub, a rarity in Mexico hotels.
I highly recommend their hot stone massages. We enjoyed a couples massage. It was very relaxing.
This hotel is only a few block from the city square and several businesses.
