Friendly, helpful staff. Great selections on the amenity bar in the lobby. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.
Having a small fridge and a decent hair dryer in the room make life easier.
Other notes: Super close to the train station, and a big Starbucks. Vending machines and laundry facilities on the main floor. A microwave and trouser press on each floor next to the elevator.
Physical keys have to be left with reception each time you leave. Ice is sold by the front desk. ¥150 for a sealed container that looks to be about 500g.

very well located, 8min walk from JR station. clean room and super high speed Wifi: ~96.3Mbps/Down and ~248Mbps/Up. Quiet area, breakfast is japanese style. Room information in the room is very badly translated into English, but the staff do speak English to a certain degree.
