    Very convenient location to stay if you plan to access via the train. friendly and attentive hotel staff, but the water refill only available in lobby, and hot water to be boiled whenever you need in lobby area.

    The room was ordinarily fine. Unfortunately overnight it was freezing cold. Aircon set to 22, then decreased to 21. Kept trying to adjust to 24 but wouldn't set. Asked for staff assistance but they couldn't change it. Gave me the impression of Philippines centralised office aircon which is crazy cold for no reason and only one person has the power to adjust. Very weird and don't expect this from a hotel room at this price range. Hopefully someone can explain or fix the issue as not everyone wants to sleep in freezing cold arctic conditions when the weather outside is 28 to 30 degrees.
