    I never write reviews, unless I really feel its necessary if its fantastic or unfortunately terribly bad. In this case, it was more than terrible. After driving all day long and looking for a comfy place to stay within a 300klms radius. We decided to pay the extra dollars for what we thought would be an amazing place for a much needed rest. The only thing good about the stay was the hot water pressure. The pillow and the bed were legitimately THE most uncomfortable bed we had both ever slept on, if you can call it sleep. The bed was completely sagged and ended up being like a banana. The 4 pillows were absolutely horrendous, that we ended up using the cushions from the 1 seater chairs they had. To then notice there were old potato chips under the seat cushions also. The smell from the waters edge smelt like a grease trap and the aircon made the smell even worse! The lady on the front counter seemed pretty snooty also. The entire experience was uncomfortable to say the least. Ideally they should change their name and it should be a place that's well under *** per night, not nearing ***! Very disappointing 😞 I'm sorry

    The "boutique hotel" is basically a motel with different name, would recommend tourists to pay little more and enjoy better facilities in other hotels around. Is expensive for the poor amenities this hotel has. You could hear other rooms noices after 9 pm. People smoking with signs of non-smoking area.. My room had water view, and during day a caravan parked in front of my window.
