Due to so many great reviews, I chose this hotel at the last minute. But I felt so terrible. Room condition was not very clean. I saw some hairs in my towers. I couldnt call from the room to reception so I should go down directly. We didnt have any signals on TV. Last but not least, location was horrible. It's near downtown but located at uphill. So if you are traveling with your parents, do not choose this hotel. Also, the view they uploaded, you cant enjoy. Cuz the receptionist told me they are under construction. So if you expect the astonishing views from the hotel, never do that.

Its safe the staff are so welcomed

Location is at the end of Rustaveli Ave. which means access to all major shops and action, without the noise. The only downside is the uphill steep sidewalks walking back to the hotel. Not ideal for specially abled guests or the elderlies. Will not be an issue if you are taking the taxi (Bolt) home though.
The hotel is relatively new and opened during the pandemic, it has a minimal modern and typical room layout. Rooms are very clean. Hygiene amenity kits are available. Good smelling shower gel, hand soap, and shampoo (but it was almost finished and not refilled during our stay) and the bidet 'spray' is kind of tricky to use. AndroidTV is available, so you can log-in and watch your Netflix episodes. Wi-Fi sometimes doesn't reach our beds. We booked the one without the view - just an alleyway for parking cars, but there are front-facing rooms with balcony / terrace.
Breakfast is great, continental type. They serve Churchkela for dessert as well. Instant coffee is free and you can order your Illy coffee as well, chargeable. The view from the breakfast area is beautiful. It turns into a bar at night. Since the hotel is new, it is fitted with a large lift / elevator.
Staff greets you every time, they are very warm and helpful.
Will book the same hotel again when I'm back in Tbilisi!

Very helpful front office staff and lovely breakfast area, delicious food. Location couldn’t be more central.
