Zero value for the price This is a Best Western experience but at $700 per night The room comfortable and good bed but the restaurant was horrible. The menu lacking in range and prices absurdly high. When we were seated, the maitre d did come by and put 2 champagne flutes on our table saying “ this is to make up for the wait “. He left and nothing was ever poured into those flutes!! They sat empty and we asked our waitress to remove them Our waitress was the only efficient and well trained person we encountered When checking out 2 other individuals were complaining about the horrible service.

It was a 5 star stay. I highly recommend it. The whole staff from the valet to concierge was polite and helpful. Also, don't worry about dehydration. They offer you complimentary bottled water everyime you speak to a staff member. They also offer complimentary transportation within a mile of the resort. My husband and I had a DD the whole time visiting because all of our dining choices were within a mile. It was great for shopping, taking the pink jeep tour and going into town to walk around. We didn't have to worry about parking and navigating. We can't say enough good things. It's expensive but worth every penny.

Our check in process was a little stressful as the first thing we were told was that there was a little hiccup with our room we had reserved and already paid for. The balcony was unusable so we could keep the room or change to a “less especially room” in their other location. We chose to keep the room even if we could not use the balcony. The front desk manager told us that we would receive a $200 resort credit for the inconvenience. Which we were more than happy with! But then we waited over any hour in the lobby as they got the room ready. Again we were patient and all of the staff was wonderful. When we finally got keys to room and what not, we gave our card for incidentals and were told it would just be taxes and fees. The rest of the day and evening were great, besides not being able to order drinks from the pool and our AC clicking on and off all night long. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food and service were absolutely amazing!!! We expressed these concerns to the front desk at check out and they were apologetic. Later in the day while in Sedona we notice a charge on our credit card for $875 even though we had paid for our room prior to check in. I called an asked to speak to a manger, he wasn’t in until 2pm and did all me back a little after 2. He explained the charge was a night stay plus incidentals and taxes that they run even if you paid prior. This was a shock to us, and was not communicated to us at check in. We really wish the Mishaps were avoided

Rooms were the best with awesome deck with to die for views. Transportation amenity Was the highlife. From & to our room and out to downtown. Cress restaurant lunch service was spotty but dinner service was excellent. Front desk crew friendly & very accomodating

Very nice luxury property, the staff is extremely courteous. The Spa was fantastic, The Chef cooked an out-of-the-menu Cauliflower steak to meet our vegetarian needs. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We stayed in one of the creekside cottages, which was very roomy, comfortable, and cozy (we loved the fireplace)! The service throughout our stay was top-notch. The fitness center was excellent. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The only small area for improvement was that some parts of the cabin seemed worn (paint and bed that although the mattress was very comfortable, the bed itself was chipped and dinged - for the price, this surprised me)

The location was perfect, walking distance to great bars & restaurants while feeling removed and completely in nature (zero road noise). The pool was heated and hot tub was very warm. The construction/demolition, from neighboring property made our room shake and was very noisy. We should have been made aware of the project next door. One of the most expensive rooms on property and not worth it at all. Could not enjoy the deck. The rooms near construction should be heavily discounted or not booked at all. We left early.
