Check in was great! Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff- everyone always smiled and greeted us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the safety. If there was one downside, it was be having to pay for breakfast. Thank you for a great stay, when we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

My son and I stayed for the balloon festival and found the staff to be amazing friendly and welcoming. I don't always feel safe traveling as a solo parent, but safety was no issue here. The pool could use some love, and while the room was comfortable - you could tell it needed a good 'deep' clean. Overall I would stay again. But I would not use the pool again.

I called days before my stay to change my room to double beds. And you assured me it was taken care of. Because you left it as a king room I did not get a double bed. I as a 73 yo woman was forced to sleep on a roll away with a 2” mattress. Horrible! I have used hotel .com for years and your service just gets worse and more expensive. Disappointed!

Ok for one night. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, but the service and facility have declined since I last visited 6 months ago. The Bed was super uncomfortable, room had a weird odor and bathroom looked like ceiling was cracking. I also noticed some bugs. Could use some cleaning and TLC.

After checking in fri afternoon room 226 had a restful evening . Saturday morning we went to visit family , on returning Saturday afternoon there was a horrible sewer smell in the room . Reporting this to the desk they moved us to room 318 . Had to make about 10 trips to move all of our belongings to the new room which was an inferior room to the first room . We have stayed there 4 to 5 times in the last 6 years or so wright after the remodel . Also we have not been E mailed a receipt yet . It seems like the property is somewhat going down hill . We switched from the Holliday Inn 6 or so years ago but now we are considering going back there ! Please Call me at 928-727-5753 .

We enjoyed our week in Albuquerque at the Hilton Garden. Breakfast burritos were great. The room was great except for the curtains. The shades were fine but the light curtains at the ends defeated the purpose of the shades. Even with that we’d stay there again. Highly recommend.

Pleasant staff. Overpriced imo. Found makeup on a pillow, sink had a ring around the stopper and would not drain. Breakfast looked good but was $15 a head. It was not included. For $175 you would think at least breakfast would be included.

There was a large pill of some kind on the floor of our room and our small dog almost ate it. Who knows what it was but it’s absurd that they didn’t clean the floor. I’m so pissed. It could’ve killed my dog!
