    We left them a review through email June 29 after we checked out. Our room was so dusty and sent them a video of it. We ordered housekeeping to change our sheets but they left the dirty sheets in the room so we phoned reception and we were told to just place the dirty sheets outside the door. We have stayed in many hotels and traveled a lot but this is the first time that housekeeping left dirty linens inside and we had to take it out ourselves. We also ordered additional cream for coffee and instead of placing the cream in our fridge, it was wrapped in a plastic bag outside of the fridge for hours and on our table like no care. Take note, we chose them for their 4 diamond star hotel and it was our honeymoon. I wished they replied to our review via email so they can see the video I sent on how dusty our room was.
