Room was dirty! Ring around toilet. Forgot to clean bathroom counter next to sink. Room smelled horrible. They sprayed something to try and get the smoke smell out,...never works! I gave the front desk a whole list of things wrong with room, but don't know if they even acknoledged it because there was noone at the front desk. I waited, and finally just left the key on the counter and left! Bad experience!

Let me start off by saying that the staff here is very nice and friendly. However, now at check in, the management forces the staff to admonish the guest about the installation of new locks, and a ten dollar fee for lost key cards and fees for not returning the key to the front desk at check out instead of leaving it in the room. If keycards are forcing them to threaten penalties I can only imagine what would happen if they got the stains off of the carpet, fixed the torn furniture or addressed the leaky sinks and tubs.. This hotel is in need of basic care and necessary repairs. The condition of this hotel does not give the management the opportunity to be tacking on extra fees.

I have stayed at this motel many times during the past ten years. This time though the room seem to be fine until I needed a plug by the chair and when I went to plug in I saw the chair had not been moved in a long time. Tons of spider webs. They were to change linens and towels on the third day but did not. Instead the curtains were open in my room when I left for the day and with the lights on you could see everything in my room. So someone was in my room but did nothing. It was scary to me. Won't stay there agsin.

The room had carpet that had every imaginable stain on it. Bathroom shower was moldy and rusty. There was a cigarette butt bucket just outside our room...a fresh trash liner was in the trash can 8 feet away; yet the butt can hadn't been emptied in months. It was so disgusting, I ended up dumping it myself. At least take some pride in the property.

The place was dirty and the towel rack was on the floor up against the wall the soap dish for the shower was on the floor by the tub the phone didn't work there were burn marks in the carpet where someone had smoked in a non smoking room and there is no breakfast bar as stated in the app I only gave it a 5 star for staff because of one girl Bre and she was very helpful but the lady who checked me out was rude both times that I had to talk to her and to check out you can't check out on time if no one is in the office

The rooms were dirty damp wet. The floor and shower had green mold . The blankets and sheets blood dirt and a couple of bugs. The chairs had weird stains on them . The walls were dirty. Honestly it was so bad 👎 I had the Lady the key and don't worry a refund because I know I'm getting one. She it was done though the app. So she couldn't refund me. I left as fast as I could. Horrifying Never returning back.

Room was comfortable, not as clean as it should be. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom was my main issue. Linen are probably clean but are yellow or grey tinted. Bedding is not tight nor ironned, making it look like someone slept in the bed. Facility grounds poorly maintained but acceptable for a one night stay at a very affordable price.

I stayed here less than a year ago and it was pretty decent. But now its like a went to a place that i could rent the room by the hour. Bugs all over the floor of the lobby amd pretty rude front desk help. My room had plastic forks and spoon on the floor as well as shredded cheese and othe food debris. Pillows had various fresh food stains and when i pulled the covers down the sheets look like someone had wiped their butt with sheet. There was also alot of debris between the sheets as well. Was very disappointed and will never stay here again.

The thought of walking on the carpet barefooted made me cringe, there was mold all over/ around the tub, water damage/ peeling paint on the walls, long hairs everywhere and all around unsanitary. On bright side, the check in was good and quick. There was a vending machine and it was quiet.

This hotel was dirty, stained disgusting carpet. Stained sheets, freezers in 2 different rooms did not work, I wasted a half gallon of ice cream, rusty exposed metal, bathroom door wouldn’t close, toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Shower had hair in it, room chair had someone’s old underwear in it

I rented some rooms for my daughters graduation. When my family and I walked in, we immediately smelled cigarette smoke when we chose non-smoking rooms. The carpet was dirty and in terrible condition. The tub had a black ring around it and looked like it had not been cleaned. This was not a good experience for us.

I booked a non-smoking room. Upon arrival, they only had smoking rooms left. The smell from the moldy air conditioner combined with the smoke gave us a migraine. We had to vacate the room at dawn to escape the toxic environment. Not a good experience overall.
