Good breakfast. We liked our upgraded room with a balcony to get some air. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

This hotel is right next to a highway so it is a bit noisy but on the other hand convenient to get to the road right away. The reception was a bit confusing to find initially. Overall a convenient place to stay overnight for a trip to elsewhere.

Excellent hotel - mom passed away and we needed a place to stay with our dog. Our stay kept extending. We did have to switch rooms once as we were in the accessible room and had to give it up from someone. They were very accommodating with giving us clean bath towels, new parking permits, rechecking us in as we kept having to extend our stay due to paperwork and the funeral. The laundry room was great, and we were able to go home with no dirty clothes. Felt incredibly safe. Parking is very close to your room. Excellent breakfast buffet.

We’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s always been a good experience. The staff is always very friendly! The rooms are clean & it’s great that breakfast is included especially with multiple kids on a family trip. At first the area seems a little sketchy with some homeless roaming around but we’ve never had any issues. We definitely recommend this location 🙂

On weekends they repeatedly have homeless people sneaking through the gate when somebody leaves it open to have free breakfast The air conditioner puts out a really funky chemical smell that I had to air out my room almost every day There's puke stains coffee stains and horrible stains all over the walkways The concrete surrounding the swimming pool is completely slick and I saw at least three people slip and fall The bathroom sink drain would not drain properly The first room they tried to put me in the refrigerator didn't even work and after unpacking my things I had to repack them to get another room I will never go to this Best Western facility again

Pictures do not look like the real action thing. Rooms are muggy/stuffy/no ventilation, smoking weed smell around the property. This hotel needs serious updates/renovations. I had booked my stay for 4 days, but I had to check out on the same evening I arrived, even losing money on one night.

It’s an average place to stay. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was moderately clean. We were just on the fence regarding the structure of the whole place—an apartment-like motel? I hope they implement a stricter no-smoking policy, whether for cigarettes or weed. We were also on the fence regarding our safety. So, yeah.
